The rate schedule

Lead with the annual Harvesteader plan. It pays you in one lump the moment it clears the hold, it earns your member the 13th month free, and it is the close we reward.

  • • 22% of an annual plan paid in full, on the whole lump sum.
  • • 25% of every Harvesteader monthly payment, for up to 6 cycles.
  • • 20% on other monthly plans, same 6-cycle cap.
  • • +5 points on the Sell add-on line whenever an add-on is billed on the same account.
  • • Calculated on net cash received: discounts applied, sales tax excluded.

Reward credits: not every sale counts the same

Reward milestones are measured in credits, not headcount, because a monthly signup and an annual Harvesteader close are not the same result. Same effort, very different credit, which is why the program points you at annual and at the Sell add-on.

  • • Annual plan paid in full. 3 credits (4 with the Sell add-on)
  • • Harvesteader monthly. 2 credits (3 with the Sell add-on)
  • • Seedling or other entry-level monthly. 1 credit

In practice: 40 annual Harvesteader closes with the add-on is 160 credits and lands you at the market-kit tier. The same 40 entry-level monthlies is 40 credits. The t-shirt tier. The ladder itself runs 5 / 20 / 40 / 80 / 150 / 300 credits.

Holds, clawbacks and payouts

  • • Commission is calculated on money we actually receive, after discounts and processing, with sales tax excluded.
  • • Every commission is pending for 30 days before it becomes payable.
  • • If the member refunds, disputes or cancels within 90 days of a payment, that commission is clawed back: netted against your next payout.
  • • Payouts go out once your payable balance clears $50.00.
  • • Monthly plans earn commission for up to 6 billing cycles per member; annual plans earn on up to 3 annual payments.
  • • Milestone rate bumps are prospective only, and act as a floor scaled to the schedule the payment sits on.
